Betty Crocker is finally speaking my language! A language of laziness.
Betty sent me an email (yes, we're on a first name basis) about two weeks ago that touted recipes with five ingredients or less. And seeing as that is one of the rules of cooking the lazy mom way, all I have to say is, "Oh, yeaaaaah."
Who knew Betty could be so thoughtful, so caring? She knew the plight of lazy moms everywhere and came alongside us with recipes so easy even a lazy mom can cook them.
Now, there's not a whole lot of 5 ingredient recipes yet, but if I know Betty (and I think I do) she should continue to roll out more and more of them. At least I hope she does. But until then, I'm definitely making this one....
