Who won?!

I am just so tickled to death over all the freshly painted toes now gracing God's green earth because of our Lazy Mom Job! 

So many of you commented that it was hard for you to post pictures of your feet online!  I'm right there with ya!  I'm not fond of my feet either, so it was weird posting them.  Even my husband said, "I can't believe you put a picture of your feet on there."  Niiiiice.  Thanks honey.  (Later that same day he also commented on how he couldn't believe I was wearing sweat pants in public.  But I forgive him.  Don't worry.)

Before I get to the winner of the $25 gift card, I have to make a few comments here about this Lazy Mom Job.  Because that's how I roll....

First of all, the most popular color among our entries was (of all things) purple!  Am I behind a decade?!  Because I was so not aware of purple being a popular toenail color.  Maybe I should liven my toes up some, geesh!

Second of all, I HAVE to give a HUGE honorable mention to a lazy mom who went above and beyond with her toenail painting job.  Miss Number 8 at The Hen House Diaries!  Not only did she get the whole Lazy Mom concept, as is perfectly stated on her blog entry, but she also incorporated the Lazy Mom concept into the Lazy Mom Job!  (huh?)  Just go read her post, you'll see.  I already informed her that she gets like a gazillion bonus points for this, but unfortunately bonus points count for nothing other than a warm fuzzy feeling of doing something right around here. 

Thirdly, I was a little surprised that NONE of you made this job any lazier by going to a salon to have your toes done FOR you.  Although props to Jenilee over at The Goodwin Family.  She was totally going to, but got to lazy to get there.  But I was expecting at least one picture of someone at a salon getting them done.  Oh well!

Phew!  I think I'm done with my random ramblings about toenails.  Wait.  Let me make sure that I am.

Thanks lazy moms for participating!!!  I will definitely be posting another Lazy Mom Job next week.  Originally my plan was to post weekly ones, but we're all too lazy for that, and that would mean I'd have to post another one like, TODAY to do that, and yeah, that isn't going to happen.  So I think every other week is a better plan.  Or maybe I'll just keep you guessing instead!
