So yesterday I posted about how I get headaches whenever I exercise and I asked all of you wise lazy moms to tell me why that was happening.
The overwhelming response was that I'm not drinking enough water. In fact, it was the only response. So I stepped up my water intake yesterday and wouldn't you know it! NO HEADACHES.
You all are so wise.
Thank you for solving my problem.
Even though none of you answered my other questions in that post, but I'll let that slide. For now.
Yesterday I also mentioned how sore I've been from walking. And I may have mentioned how pathetic I thought that was (that I'm sore from walking) and how out of shape I must be that I'm sore from walking.
Well I found out yesterday during my walk that I'm even more pathetic than I thought, because not only are my calves totally sore (from walking) but I discovered that my knees are totally sore as well.
Have I mentioned I'm sore from walking?
Geez.
If sore calves and sore knees don't tell you how out of shape I am from walking, then I don't know what will! The only way this could get more pathetic is if I discover my elbows are sore today from walking.

Are you wearing good shoes to walk in?
ReplyDeleteIf you're that sore from walking, then you totally need to head to a *good* shoe store (not just a chain store with a 16 yr old selling nikes) that will fit you with proper shoes for your particular foot shape. It will make a big difference, promise.
