Seeing that it's Sunday. And seeing that I didn't post a recipe this week. And seeing that it's feeling like Fall, I thought I'd share a lazy Sunday afternoon recipe for you all.
This recipe was sent in by lazy mom Andrea just for YOU. Here's what she had to say...
This recipe requires just 4 ingredients and each ingredient comes exactly as you need it. All you need to do is open packages and combine - ideal for the lazy and/or busy mom. The result is a delicious caramel apple dip. Every single time I've served this to a crowd I've been asked for the recipe.Lazy Caramel Apple Dip
1 tub of whipped cream cheese
1 jar of caramel dessert topping
2(ish) cups of granola of some kind
apples (buy pre-sliced for extra ease)
1. Spread the cream cheese onto the bottom of a pie plate
2. Pour jar of caramel topping over the cream cheese.
3. Sprinkle granola over the top.
4. Dip.
It couldn't be easier and it couldn't be more delicious. Can be served as an appetizer or a dessert and is also great as an individual snack. Follow the same directions only in smaller portions into a mug or small ramekin.
Uh, doesn't that sound and look delish?!
Uh, yes. Yes it does.
So go ahead and wow somebody this week with this lazy recipe!

If you want to make that a little more heavenly, take your cream cheese and mix it with brown sugar and crushed heath bar.... Amazing apple dip!
