While I'm Gone

I leave for Texas this morning. 

Because, you know, I am a Texan.  Born and raised.  Tried and true.  Honest to goodness.

I just happened to marry a Yankee and he drug me to the North and we made mixed children together.

Although they don't have very many Texan tendencies in their mix since they've lived in the North their whole life.  *sigh*  It's a sad thing and I try not to think about it often.

Anyway, I can't wait to be back in the home land with my feet on Texas soil again.  And I can't wait to see my family, eat good comfort food, and have some fun while I'm there.

I wanted you to know that while I'm gone my posting capabilities may be limited because my parents live out in the country.  So unless I'm lucky enough to score a ride to McDonald's in town, you may not hear much from me. 

*gasp!*

I know, I know.  It will be hard to be apart my lazy moms, but let's remember... we still have Twitter and Facebook together.  I'll be posting on there like crazy I'm sure to make up for my lack of posting on here.

I'm going to try not to have withdraws.  I'm going to try not to miss you.  I'm going to try not to think about what other blogs your seeing while I'm gone.

I'll try.

And who knows... maybe I'll be able to post more than I think.  So we could see each other again real soon!

One can hope anyway.

So goodbye my lazy people!  Take care of yourselves.  Try not and cry while I'm gone.  And, *tear* think of me often, would you?
