Confession

It's been a while since we've had a Lazy Mom Confession!  Which saddens me because confessions from you lazy moms out there is what helps make the world go 'round.

Or at least, it helps make my world go 'round.

Plus it makes me laugh.

And it makes me feel like I'm not the only mom out there that does lazy things. You know, every once in a while?

*ahem*

So be sure and send me in your Lazy Mom Confessions so my world can still go 'round and I can still have something to laugh over and I can feel good about myself, mkay?  Otherwise, what will I do?!?

This confession is from lazy mom Kathie.  She's beautiful and smart and lazy. I couldn't love her more.

I told my kids to strip the sheets off their beds yesterday so that we could put clean ones on and wash the dirty ones.  My son said to me, being completely serious mind you, “Why?  We just changed them last season!”

Now, in my defense (well, sort of a defense)…. they have been sleeping on the floor in the loft all summer and haven’t really used their beds since May. So I made the beds in May and we really haven’t made or used them since.  I mean, to be honest I never have changed them once a week – but it was certainly more often than once per season!  I can only imagine who else he has told this little nugget of information too! ~ Kathie

Hahahahahaha!

Hohohohoho!

Hehehehehehehe!

Yes, SURE Kathie, you change the sheets more than once a season, I believe you......

That's her confession, what's yours??

  1. HAHAHAHA

I'm not a Mom, so I guess I don't have any legit reason to be lazy, but I am in love with Kathie's son!
I'll confess: I haven't changed my sheets in a while either.

  2. HAHA that is cute! If I didn't have such an OCD for clean tight fitting sheets but I do admit my kids' don't get changed as much as mine :/

  3. I love this confession. I'm pretty good about the sheets on our bed, but the kids? I mean, they take a bath every night and immediately get in them, so, like how dirty can the be?

  4. i have to change our sheets frequently because I am too lazy to enforce the "no eating in the bedrooms" rule. Ours get all crummy.
