Lazy Mom Christmas Cookie Week: Easy Fudge

All good things must come to an end. So too, Lazy Mom Christmas Cookie Week is coming to a close with this last lazy treat.

Go bake some of the yummy recipes I shared with you this week to comfort yourself while you cry, mkay?

And here's one to get you started, sent in by Lisa M!

Easy Fudge

3C (18oz) Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
1/2 to 1 C of nuts (optional)

In heavy suacepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened cond milk. Remove from heat stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly into an aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan. Chill 2 hours. Turn fudge onto cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into squares. (I use a pizza cutter!) Store loosley covered at room temp. Makes about 2 lbs.

And with that picture of heavenly deliciousness, this Lazy Mom Christmas Cookie Week is officially over!

Hopefully you'll have a very tastey and lazy and jiggly Christmas now!  You're welcome.
