My brother and his family are coming for Thanksgiving!
They left Friday as soon as school let out.......... and they still aren't here yet.
Let me explain. Complete with diagrams.
*ahem*
My brother lives in Texas. I live in Ohio. You can see this depicted in diagram A for you.

Now. The most DIRECT route to my house in Ohio from his house in Texas, would be this one in diagram B.

HOWEVER, the route my brother chose to take was not diagram B's.
No, no.
He chose to take the little known route depicted on diagram C.

Otherwise known as the "We-live-in-Texas-and-want-to-visit-my-sister-in-Ohio-via-the-very-direct-Washington-D.C.-route."
*deadpan stare*
And THAT is why my brother left on Friday and still has not arrived at my house on Monday.
lol! typical brothers! mine would do the same & we live in the same state!
