Well all, my time as a Slim-Fast brand ambassador comes to an end today.  I've had a great time working with this company and even slimmed down some too!

So how did I do exactly?

Drumroll please!.....

I lost 16.8 pounds using Slim-Fast!

I was really hoping to at least hit 20, but I'm happy with 16 considering the stressful few months we've had already this year.  If you know me, you know I'm a bit of a stress eater (sadly) so I'll take 16 pounds of weight-loss any old day!

  3. I am on the no sugar, no white diet. I hope Slim Fast can provide me with some "dessert" tasting snacks or meals. I'm getting sick of chicken, salad and veggies.
