Lazy mom Donda emailed me a recipe for what she calls LAZY LASAGNA! Oh yeah!
So get yourself ready to make this for dinner tonight, because you’re going to want to make it!
Here’s what Donda had to say about this recipe…
It’s actually a bit more than 5 ingredients and a few steps but divide that by two days (because sorry guys, tomorrow your having leftovers) if evens itself out…plus it’s Italian!!
Lazy Lasagna (Lazy Baked Ziti)
1 box of pasta (penne pasta, bowties or whichever kind of pasta you have in your pantry to feed 6)
container of Ricotta
bag of mozzarella
garlic powder (to taste)
onion powder (to taste)
Boil your pasta and drain. In a bowl mix together ricotta, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder. Add pasta and mix some more. Dump all of it into a baking dish and cover with a jar of Ragu. If you’re feeling extra spunky cover with another bag of shredded mozzarella.
Bake at 375º for 35 minutes or however long it takes you to check your Facebook notifications…it’s all good.
And viola! You’re done!
