It’s Lazy Mom Recipe TIIIIIME!
*lazy moms go wild!*
I know, I know… you love easy recipes.
This Lazy Mom Recipe was sent in by my fun and fabulous friend Carrie. Who’s last name happens to be White. So being fun and fabulous, she loves to play off her last name. Thus, White House Pork Chops.
(So to be clear…. They aren’t really from THE White House, mkay?)
Although her answering machine does say, “You’ve reached the White House, the President and First Lady can’t answer the phone right now….” Hmmmm….
I told you she’s fun and fabulous!
So here’s her fun and fabulous recipe….
White House Pork Chops
Pork chops (bone-in or boneless, both work)
melted butter (start with one stick)
crushed Ritz buttery crackers (start with one sleeve)
Dip the pork chops in the melted butter. Then coat the chops in the crushed crackers, smashing the chops into the cracker crumbs so that they stick and both sides of the chops are covered.
Place in a 9×13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until the crackers are browned on top.
Options: Sprinkle a little Lawry’s seasoned salt and/or grated parmesan cheese on each pork chop.
Mm, mm, mm, mm MM!
Thanks for sharing with us Carrie!
