All good things must come to an end. So too, Lazy Mom Christmas Cookie Week is coming to a close with this last lazy treat.
Go bake some of the yummy recipes I shared with you this week to comfort yourself while you cry, mkay?
And here’s one to get you started, sent in by Lisa M!
3 cups (18oz bag) Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
1/2 to 1 cup of nuts (optional)
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly into an aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan. Chill 2 hours.
Turn fudge onto a cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into squares. (I use a pizza cutter!) Store loosely covered at room temp.
Makes about 2 lbs.
And with that picture of heavenly deliciousness, this Lazy Mom Christmas Cookie Week is officially over!
Hopefully you’ll have a very tastey and lazy and jiggly Christmas now! You’re welcome.
