This morning I posted our first Lazy Mom Christmas Cookie week recipe and then low and behold if there wasn’t another version of this recipe sent in as well! How ’bout a BIG wreath made out of Rice Krispies?!
Lisa M. says she makes these every year as gifts and boy howdy I hope I get added to her gift giving list this year!
Rice Krispie Wreath
1lb pkg of marshmallows
Melt together, add:
1/4 tsp green food coloring
5 to 6 Cups Rice Krispie Cereal
Fold together quickly.
Put it in a greased jello mold or bundt pan.
Press it down into mold/pan.
NOTE: Before you put the Rice Krispie mixture in the jello mold/bundt pan, place your decorations… Christmas M&M’s, red hots, or candy cane pieces in it, so when the “wreath” is cool and you turn it over it has the decorations on top!
Mm, mm! This Lazy Mom Christmas Cookie week is starting off right!
